I assume his range: AK, JJ possibly TT,QQ,KK,AA, therefore on the flope I am pretty sure check fold line is the best. I am not sure about turn and river.

I would prefer to bet/fold flop than c/f it tbh. It's too weak.

He could have some KJs, QTs, AT/AJ type of hands and a few more also, your 3bet is small.
