If you call turn in this river with this player I call always because when I call turn I'm aspect that this player bet often also river...But I think is better pre flop play 4bet in bluff than call.
Without too much info Ill call down KQo and fold KJs and KTs so thats approximately top 60% of ur range.
Ur sample is rly small though, i suspect his true 3b range here is gonna be 6-7 % only and vs such a tight range it may be better to 4b KQo and KJs. Then again his 3b size is small so i think defending as weak as KTs is fine.
