He defiantly had two over cards to your 99 if he is good. Can't be sure if he has a higher pocket pair, but when re-raising a sss player.. he most probably did.

You could have called and gambled for the trips.

Limp/Raise is usually a trap, but I have never seen a Limp/MinRaise line from utg so this is definitely very fishy.
It depens on the opponent and your reads, but I have found that on a good flop, you can outplay/outbluff these kind of opponents.

My new perspective on this hand is that i should have pushed. Only 33 hands, but i think he will just call and wait to 3bet with those stats.

too bad there are only 33 hands but with vpip > 70, it possible that he is trapping but also posible that he has something like pocket 6 and think he is trapping ♦
