he is reg, 30/23 with 9% 3bet

hand or two before he saw me making bad overaggro shove in 3b pot and getting called, so there is small chance he thinks I'm tilting (but probably just multitabling and not paying attention to pots he doesn't play in)

3b BB vs CO 9%, calls 16%

I have a feeling he 3bets me wider than average

afq 41/33/26
wtsd 28, wwsf 47, w$sd 50

cb in 3b pots 69/52/69
x/f 29%(21)
x/r 7%

what is your plan here? on the flop, by betting I don't fold out better hands... but how about bet bet? do you expect all Ax to fold, or not? maybe betting is just spewing money, and I should try to check it down, as many bluffs should bet on this texture? or maybe bet bet shove? opinions after seeing just flop?

most people don't check/call many Jacks here, making KT almost as good as KQ against his check/call range, as you can value bet a turned T with KT just about as well as a turned Q with KQ

Still, KQ is one of the best flop bluffing hands, and you should have a good reason to not bet it.

XF 6 of 21 isn't many.. on this texture together 70% cbet certainly sounds like you have a good reason not to bet it.

Normally your flop bets are like Jx+ for value and A3s A5s KQ KTs QTs and a few other random bluffs. Then on turn Q you keep betting all hands, but on turn 2 you give up maybe half your bluffs. For river it works similarly.
