I thought to myself why would he raise this flop like that ? I think he could change his pocket pair into a bluff ?

Hi,

Some players would raise there AQ/AK for value, but I agree that most Ax hands should just call you there. He can always have there 66/33 or A6s/A3s, but if he is aggressive then you should also see enough times flushdraws or air.
If you think he is making move then calling flop to then c/c any turn seems like good play. Often they would give up air and mostly they are not shoving river with missed draws (also I would not expect AQ always go there 3 streets for value)
