Villain is playing vpip13 pfr 11 over around 150 hands. I have around 40% equity against his perceived shoving range which I estimate to be top 3% (JJ+, AKo,AKs). This equity probably makes a call the correct option here after my raise to 260. Does this make sense or is a fold the correct play against such a tight player? (small sample I know). non turbo stsng BTW.

SB: 1,590 (79.5 bb)
Hero (BB): 1,350 (67.5 bb)
MP: 1,610 (80.5 bb)
CO: 1,580 (79 bb)
BTN: 2,870 (143.5 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BB with K A
MP calls 20, CO raises to 80, BTN calls 80, SB folds, Hero raises to 260, MP folds, CO raises to 1,580 and is all-in, Hero???

Hello zachrina ,

First we should make a bigger 3-bet to ~320 chips. 260 chips is too little.

After CO shoves with all the money in the middle call is fine but border. If you sure he is going to shove with very tight range we can even fold.

Guys if you have any questions, do not hesitate to write in this thread by clicking the button or

Best regards,
