AS he made a minraise i put him on a kind of draw or PP, so decide to raise. Is this ok? Better call and play IP?

Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: why are you cbetting so small on this board? I think he is more likely to raise simply because your bet looks very weak.

If you cbet a proper size (let's say 23-25c) then i would just call a raise at 5nl. But like this your 3-bet is fine.
