Is there anyway to go to the lobby and order the zoom player list based on # of tables played and THEN, label that whole group in one go?

Don't think there is. The best I can think of is to order the player list based on number of tables and then simply mark them one by one using the "Player Notes" option. I think that's under the Options menu.
But then again, maybe someone else does have some sort of solution for this 
I don't think there is a good solution, you can't even mark people in the lobby like you can at FT. You just got to watch out for them and add them as you see them at the tables
