Considering this, folding is correct ?

73 hands is a small sample so we can't really say the 7% is accurate.
Also, are you sure that the stat is correct because if you have 73 hands on him being MP you should be having at least 438 on him overall?
Anyways, as I said, sample is not big enough to be making a fold here and I prefer to 3b.

How did you got to the conclusion of 438 hands ?
The amount of hands he raises from UTG is less than the amount of hands he raises from BTN for example.
Well if you have 73 hands on him being MP2 that means there will be at least six people at the table.
Using simple math we will have 73 hands on him being MP2 if we have 73*6 hands overall or perhaps this stat show a combination of all MP positions?

I use Hold'em mananger 2 and it only shows statistics from all MP positions or from all UTG positions. Only CO/BTN/SB and BB are separated.
Oh I see, then it makes sense.
It isn't really relevant just though you might have mistaken some of the numbers.
