Played the most boring match ever for 1h20min, then 2tabled a bit and then played a lot more interesting opponent who ran away after 30min. I think I played great, lost the minimum everywhere and didn't get any action when I had it. I am very excited about working on my game tomorrow and playing.

Today I was doing some research and realized that I've been defending my BB way too lose. Analysed my mistakes and made some adjustments.Today I was playing my best in this challenge so far and I am really excited about putting in more work, learning more and crushing harder. It's very nice to see better results immediately after improving my game.
Also I didn't listen to music while playing at all (after 1h30min I kinda wanted to though). And I was super focused for 1h40min, after that I was just focused.

I was playing great today, didn't have many spots for value but I dodged so many traps I could pat myself on the shoulder.
Was playing very aggressive russian for the 1st hour but we both ended up small losers, after that I was playing a pretty bad fish and lost 1 buyin where he flopped a broadway vs my aces up. That was kind of frustrating at the time because I was grinding for 40 minutes and he just won it all back in few hands and had this sick cooler. Listened to one song during 2nd hour but I don't think it had any big impact on the outcome.
Rating myself 9/10 for the first hour, 8 for half of 2nd hour and 7 for the last half.
Enjoying heads up more and more everyday, I really want to study more and can't wait the next session.

I was playing pretty good for the 1st hour but my opponent was pretty boring so I took a break after that and later returned to battle, but I was feeling pretty sad at the time and thought it's not the best idea to play, but after 5 minutes I got into flow and time started flying.

The first guy I played started owning me from the beginning, I adjusted properly and fought back, lost a flip to him, after 4betting me light he hit a middle pair and correctly called my bluff, but I think I played very good and would have done the same If his hand was turned face up. I was stuck about 200$ playing him, grinded back to about even stacks and then he flopped a straight vs my kings and that was that. It happened 1h 40min into session and I thought about quitting and posting a whiny post about life giving me rotten lemons. But I just took a little break, got back to put in my 20 minutes and my opponent spewed off 100$ buyins within those 20 minutes so I continued playing him ♦ . Finished the day with only 65$ deficit which is a great success imo.
I could focus for 2 hours without any problem, after 2h30min started autopiloting a bit and after 3started feeling very tired but really wanted that last stackoff to be in profit for the day.
Rating my game 9/10 first hour, 7/10 second hour, 8.5/10 after break.

i think c/r/fold Turn would be a stupid line. I wouldn't even C/R in the first place, feels like overplay to me in a 200bb pot on this super coordinated texture.
Just keep betting yourself and try to put in around 100-120bb. If you get raised it's a hard spot for you.

For the first hour I played the most boring opponent ever which was a good test for my patience, it was good opponent to grind from but it was just too boring and annoying for me to continue.
Then I played some guy who seemed a very good player, so after 50 hand and losing a flip I left.
Last opponent for the day was some reg who was not the greatest and for some reason went on tilt which was great for me and I had a blast..... until I flopped a straight, got it in on the flop and lost. Didn't feel like playing 200bb deep again so I finished my day right there.
Overall I am happy about my game and endurance, I have improved both of those things.
Started my session really late and because of that had a lot of distractions, so I will try and put in my sessions earlier in the day.

I don't agree with the check raise here because the board is quite coordinated and you don't want to give draws free card + allow hands with showdown value like medium pairs check back and you miss value. As the guy above said you also put yourself in a difficult position if re raised.
I think I should have bet more (5$) on the flop so then I would get bigger bet out of him on the turn. Since he was floating every turn after I check I thought it's a good idea to check raise and get one bet out of him with all of his nonsese + he would be likely to shove his pair+ flushdraw and combodraws.
Let's say I bet 5$ on the flop and then 12$ on the turn, he raises to same 38$ what now? Pot is now 67$ and I have 84$ behind

My eyes hurt today and for that reason my head isn't sharp today. Played only 1 opponent who was good but I was holding my own until last few minutes where my head and eyes started hurting really bad and I played the last hands really fast without thinking through everything.
I'm having a coaching from ilidek tomorrow and I can't wait.

Taking a day off, really frustrated today and super tilted without even playing. Gonna put in a session during weekend to compensate.
My coaching with ilidek will be on tuesday and until then I'm not sure if i'll be playing. My results lately haven't been brilliant and I'm not sure where is the problem so I will work on my game and until ilidek approves my game or does the opposite I'm not sure about playing.
I had to withdraw a portion of my bankroll because of reasons so I will potato this project. I will do some bankroll healing on other games and get back at heads up cash as soon as possible. I will update when it happens
Bankroll rebuilding process is done. I will be taking the next week off and get back to heads up tables afterwards.
Went kind of absent for this february. I guess I should have done summary of january right after it, but procrastinated it for a bit.
In my january challenge I played a total of 39hours, 7418 hands, and total profit was -151.59$. Not great, but the experience was great and well worth it.
In the first week of february I took a break. After that I didn't push myself to play as much, but I started working with Ilidek and it's been great.
February summary : 17hours, 4139 hands, -23.09$.
Now I will continue to work on my game, and also to improve my volume. Gonna have to withdraw half of my roll for next week, so I guess I gonna have to start from nl20 after I return from a week in London. Not a big fan of dropping down stakes, but that's a thing I have to do and I'm looking forward to crushing it.

This rating scale you have seems interesting, I just wondered if there were specifics you measure or is it more of a subjective measurement of your psychological strengths?
How do you rate out of 10 for example, how you dealt with an opponent's style?
How do you know you rated a creditable 8.5 for mindset, say, during a particular session, given the scale and fractions of it imply it isn't a random potato pick?

Well, it's basically a rating of how happy I was with my mindset on a scale of ten. How good was my attention, how well I could focus, how tilted I was, did I want to listen to music, did I think about the game or something else etc.
went broke irl in april, moved to live with my grandmom in april, had a bunch of coachings with ilidek, grinding HU on ipoker now, first 10k hands on NL20e
