Hello,

Everything up to the river decision is fairly standard. I think this is a close spot between all three options. Calling if you think his preflop and flop cbet ranges are really wide, hence villain ending up on the river with many many potential bluffs. Folding if you think villain is just very value heavy for this bet size and wouldn't cbet this flop light nor barrel this turn light (has more Tx combos that check back turn). Raising would be good if you think villain is value betting very thinly with 97+ on the river and would even fold Tx vs a large river raise size.

Without further info, I fold river.
