Gerv (BB): $10 (20 bb)
UTG+2: $63.22 (126.4 bb)

MP2: $50 (100 bb)
MP3: $55.54 (111.1 bb)
CO: $50 (100 bb)

Pre-Flop: Gerv is BB with Q♦ 9♣
CO posts BB out of position, 4 folds, CO checks, 2 folds, Gerv checks

Flop: ($1.25) 3♣ 9♥ 5♠ (2 players)
Gerv bets $1, CO calls $1

Turn: ($3.25) 2♥ (2 players)
Gerv bets $2, CO raises to $4.50, Gerv raises to $8.50 and is all-in, CO calls $4

Flatcalls Flop IP
Raises me Turn IP
What should I do with - at the moment - TopPair and Decent kicker with 5 outs for 2 pair or Trips (8,4:1) ??
CO's ATS is 19 that's strange he isnt stealing but nevertheless 20/10 isnt exactly solid TAG if you ask me.

Thoughts?

CO blindposts, his check inticates is that his holdings are not in his 10% raise range, or 19% Ats. I would thus rule out A or K 9 and call your kicker good (probably why you bet flop). So that leaves us with a huge range of possible hands, all of them somewhat raggy. Villian flat calls, meaning he has caught a small piece of the flop and wants to improve, or he is setting up to bluff. Hard to put him on any hand and you only have Top pair 99 3rd kicker, I think it is also ok to lay down here.

I like your play- top pair, jack or higher kicker- play it like a made

NL50 is higher than what i play so forgive me if im wrong but is it a possibility that he was holding A4, hit a gutshot on the flop and by the turn he hit the straight.
I,m only mentioning this because of his betting patterns, call bet on flop and and a re-raise on turn.

I'd definitely raised that one out but I'm usually on the looser side.

The flop play is fine and if you decide to bet the turn there's no good way to get away of this hand. If you don't feel like using all 20bb on top pair q kicker, simply check the turn oop. But it's probably worth playing.
