SB: $9.05 (90.5 bb)
BB: $8.96 (89.6 bb)
UTG+2: $13.29 (132.9 bb)
MP1: $7.60 (76 bb) (VP:15, PFR:9, FtCB: 20, WTSD: 24, W$SD:50, Hands: 383)
MP2: $28.93 (289.3 bb)
MP3: $4.28 (42.8 bb)
CO: $9.88 (98.8 bb)
Hero (BTN): $15.19 (151.9 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BTN with A 7
UTG+2 folds, MP1 calls $0.10, 3 folds, Hero raises to $0.50, 2 folds, MP1 calls $0.40

Flop: ($1.15) 8 4 3 (2 players)
MP1 checks, Hero bets $0.80, MP1 calls $0.80

Turn: ($2.75) 7 (2 players)
MP1 checks, Hero checks

River: ($2.75) A (2 players)
MP1 bets $2, Hero calls $2

Preflop thought: I was isolating almost certain he's open limping PP and will fold to cbet most of the time (Although now I notice his FtCB is really low).
When he does call the flop, I basically gave up the hand until the river card. Which I still think is a bad call against him.

Results:

Spoiler

$6.75 pot ($0.33 rake)
Final Board: 8 4 3 7 A
MP1 showed 4 4 and won $6.42 ($3.12 net)
Hero mucked A 7 and lost (-$3.30 net)

Hi RazDirk

Given the opponent you can even fold this preflop.

Also, since the board has low cards mostly I'd check back and delay cbet as really you are only hoping to fold a few hands here and they can fold on the turn.

As played the river is a fold vs him.
