87o is pretty marginal vs a 3x open on button. But as played pre, both c/call and c/raise are fine options. Don't think it matters much who the villain is. When you c/call the flop, you need a plan on what you're doing on turns that you miss and my plan would include c/raise bluffing this turn when villain bets this small.

I don't think turn raise is that good, because I'm sometimes drawin' dead and he's gonna call with a kind of Acx hands which beats me on the turn. I would raise the flop right now, that's could be better.

If he calls the turn raise with a random A:c hand it's great for you, because there's no way he's calling a river bet with just A-high!
