Preflop 3bet for value is fine but we should potentially consider folding to a 4bet at these limits vs an unknown. Theoretically the play is fine, but in terms of population read there is a decent chance SB is not 4betting as actively as he should be.

TT is not too much strong to 3bet/fold? What if I just call his openraise against a totally unknown player.

I would 3-bet/fold or just call the open raise and play the hand in position. Indeed, TT is too strong to 3-bet/fold so flatting is fine and you should do fine versus his opening range from the SB and the playability of your hand is not bad...

Just because we can't continue to a 4bet doesn't mean we can't 3bet for value. Opponent might just flat really wide against our 3bet and then 4bet KK+.

The type of reasoning where we say "we should only 3bet if we can continue to a 4bet" only applies in situations where opponents never flats 3bet and either 4bets or folds.

I agree, but villain is unknown so what would be your strategy in those cases?
We either have to choose between flatting or 3-bet/fold. And from your post, it's by default 3-bet/fold?

IP I think 3betting is good. I expect that average player at these limits to call 3bets too wide but not 4bet with a balanced range.
