Anyway questions about the book:
1) I'm currently working on baseline static preflop ranges against good aggressive regs that I can't play exploitively against well.

- are preflop ranges written out in similar fashion to Janda's Applications (i.e. theory followed by actual written out full range example I can copy paste to equilab and tinker with for raise, call 4bet call 4b etc)? I'm looking for something similar to his charts just more to the tune to the current raise sizings.

2) What format is the book in? PDF?

3) I don't use paypal in the country I moved to wanna ship stars if it has what im looking for - added you on skype

been pretty lazy lately. Today onwards I'm going to try grinding 5-6 hours a day.

1. Which book are you referring to? In the last book I refer to the methodology I use to derive a range but I only gave one example.

2. Yes PDF

yea that one is already a pure classics like the one were some degen emo kid did things for couple bucks and ppl just threw money at him to see how far will he go ^_^

After making 2 videos, I went to play for 100 min against some Finnish guy at NL200 zoom HU. After winning one flip against him QQ vs AK, he proceeded to destroy me for 7.5 buy-ins. I checked out the 25 largest pots and I only won 3 of them. Was probably overbet bluffing way too much and he was bluff catching me a lot. I was also in many spots where I had to check-fold my hand cos I was at the lower end of my range and I had no real idea what his bluffing frequencies were (at the beginning of the match). And he folded a lot the rare time I had a real hand, and I just wasn't picking up hands enough.

Moral of the story: Quit when you lose the momentum.
I think it's a recurring theme that I underestimate the negative impact that losing the momentum has on me during HU battles. In the future I'll try playing more HU at NL200-600. I'm sure I can learn some new lines from HU players to implement in my 6max games.

Moral of the story: Dont play headsup against a Finnish guy

What should I make of the fact that 7 out of 8 hands are you bluffcatching?

hmm I was considering both c/c and c/r. I think either option is fine, depends on how spazzy the villain is.

I've been feeling a little sick in the past few days so when I recover I'll probably blog more and play more. Jan and Feb went pretty badly and I'm not going to be able to achieve my goals of $300k+ this year if I don't start putting in more effort to get better at this game.
