I have this player marked as an aggro fish but I lost my database, and in only 49 hands he is a 53/27.

With my hand, what would you prefer to do?, I don't like to just call because this would be a MW pot and my suited cards are too low for this, so 3bet or fold? This hand has a lot of potencial postflop preferably HU, so is it better to 3bet?

Hi,

your hand is very trashy, so i prefer a fold. It doesn't have as much potential postflop as it looks like. You have the 9 high fd, which basically almost makes it rainbow (if you hit your flush you are not getting payed off often). I would probably fold, but i can get behind a 3bet vs such a player.
