I don't like betting on a turn. If you bet on a turn i at least never bet on o river. He called raise (from BB(!)), and called two bets. What do you expect? I think he holds something like AK/KK/QQ and trying to keep pot small against your AA/KK/QQ.

First problem is that this kind of board hits tight player's range like superhard.
If he is kind of player who is really afraid of nuts and almost just looks for reasons to fold his 2pairs, with two BDFD's i just might bet and see what happens. If he doens't fold those kind of hands, i would just check behind (too passive?).
After all, even ~half of a deck will give us FD, the other half doesn't help us at all. And we have to keep in mind that even when we do get FD on turn, when ever villain also hits the same FD, he's draw crushes ours.

As played i wouldn't bet the turn without knowledge that he will peel one bet, but fold 2pairs if still facing aggression.

However, if you do choose to bet turn, imo you just have to follow through and bet the river. Villain will never have straight here, so it's possible to make him fold sets and 2pairs. Of course he might call you anyhow. Sometimes this kind of players seems to think that since they've been waiting a hand like two hours and they finally get it, they are just incapable to fold. ♦

If i don't have any reads i would probably bet something like 2,90-3,80 just to encourage him to fold. Sometimes against tight regulars smaller betsizes work even better that big ones because they are so sure that smaller bet is certainly made for value.

i think it's fine to bet the flop, as it hits our UTG range as well.

Turn bet just doesn't make much sense here. After you get called on this flop you are never getting a turn fold. He has to be strong to call here after all, and imo insta folds KQxx here.

How high is his WTSD? Over 1k hands you can already make assumptions whether he folds a set here or not, which is obviously what he has imo, KKxx seems most likely. If you think he folds that bet big. If not, give up.
