BB: $28.76 (115 bb)
UTG: $14.80 (59.2 bb)
MP: $26.82 (107.3 bb)
Hero (CO): $41.41 (165.6 bb)

Preflop: Hero is CO with A T
UTG raises to $0.50, MP calls $0.50, Hero calls $0.50, 3 folds

Flop: ($1.85) 6 2 A (3 players)
UTG checks, MP bets $1, Hero calls $1, UTG folds

Turn: ($3.85) K (2 players)
MP bets $1.80, Hero calls $1.80

River: ($7.45) K (2 players)
MP bets $3.50

UTG: unknown fish.
MP: 33/20/0 15 hand

River ?

If he bet with a range like this, I can call:

Board: 6♦2♠A♦ K♠ K♥
       Equity     Win     Tie
MP2    28.13%  28.13%   0.00% { AhTh }
MP3    71.88%  71.88%   0.00% { 66, 22, AJs, KdQd, KdJd, QdJd, QsJs, KdTd, QdTd, QsTs, JdTd, JsTs, Td9d, Ts9s, 9d8d, AQo-AJo }

I have to assume a lot of busted draw to bluffin' the river, but he bets small and he's unknown. It can be A2-A5s block betting maybe. Call is better than fold I think

Hi PedroRobertooo

Preflop: so if UTG is a fish why not 3-bet? MP is rarely ever strong there so you could iso UTG

Postflop: Do you see regs betting that small 3 streets with semibluffs (and bluff on river)?

I don't so I would take out at least some combos of miss draws.

You also forgot to add hands like A2/A6s which are much more likely in his call range tahn AJs and KQs

If he has A2s rather than AQs I should call that river. Shouldn't I?

It obviously gives you better equity but I wouldn't add all combos of A2/A6 since he may just check those given they are now forfeit (which I missed initially).
