On the flop some times I raise.. but he bets large. On the other hand I think folding 2nd pair isn't good option.
On the turn I am not sure if he bets small to induce a raise. Until now Villain looks passive, so I don't suppose he 2nd barrels with air. If I call I will have hard time on the river... same time I loose vs all his 2nd barrel value range Ax/flushes etc.
