Preflop is fine.

It's fine just to flat call vs flop lead because texture is reasonably dry.

Turn raise is ok, but thin here. Flatting remains an option.

It's important to recognize that the paired board means we are counterfeited if opponent has any Ax. We should just check back river here.

I couldn't think of a hand with any Ax combos there, unless he randomly donked with Ax backdoor and called turn 2B with Ax FD

Basically if opponent doesn't call with a Kx then the hand is a disaster because he only calls with better hands in this case. Depends on opponent I guess. I find it hard to think they will call with Kx which is why I recommend check back. The Ax on board makes it harder for them to call.

However if you think opponent will call with a decent amount of Kx combos then we should make a thin value bet, because I agree with you that he doesn't hold a huge amount of Ax hands.
