I think his has the same amount of AQ than AJ on the river because he possibly fold an AQo on the turn and he only calls with the suited one like AsQs.

I see about 19 combos he can call with TT, AKs, AsQs, AdKc, AhKc, AsKd, AsKh

And 12 combos he can't QQ,KQs,AsJs,AsTs

But yeah, he maybe not fold any Kx on the river.

Great, so this is the analysis you need. It looks like you think he folds about 39% (even if he does fold KQs), but with your shove he needs to fold more like 46%. So don't shove

Also fwiw I dunno if I'd take JJ out of his range, though you didn't post his fold to turn cbet %.
