Generally, yes. I suppose a situation could come up where many people make the money, so only the top group of those would be guaranteed seats, but normally I'd say that's correct.

Yes, real dumb shit what happened to me. I'm so sorry for this. I had a real good run and was mentaly ready for that first place. But yeah my mother...

I have had problems with her earlier too because of poker. Like when I tried to achieve diamond status and played quite much then one day she freaked out and screamed and cryed hysterically (and you don't like to see your mother crying). She really hates that I'm playing poker and will try to do anything to prevent me from playing that but at the moment I enjoy poker too much to let it go. I know that she wants the best for me (keeping your son out of gambling should be right) but I haven't managed to explain her about pokerstrategy.com and maths behind poker (also every bigger cash makes her more nervous than before). She is really stubborn (she really did pull the router power cable out of wall when I went to bed O.o).

So yeah, sorry. I wanted to continue playing so bad but everytime it seems to go good for me in life general some shit happens.

It would have been real fun tournament really with my 41BB, me and seednoir at the same table. Ubeleavable how things can change in life.

Of course if I had had the chance to continue playing I wouldn't have sit out to beat seednoir, because like everyone here I just want to play good tournament and win big. There is of course a chance that I would have busted next hand if I had stayed playing or made a bad steal etc. but also I would have had the chance to get to final table.

So I hope you can understand my position and again I'm sorry for the disappointment. Next week I will try to talk this tourney through with my mother first and will see what happens. Don't want another fiasko like that again.

Also if nobody is against it, I will send half of my this weeks winnings to the community pot.

try to convince her to read the psychology articles. And tell her that you didn't put your own money in... So it's like furtive money. I'm having the exact same problem with all my family; We are Muslims---> Muslims don't play money games!
