Anyway, wasn't pissed off as much as results, as going an playing so much HUPLO sng's when i was on tilt. Luckily, i seem to have maintained perfect BRM even then, so outcome wasnt disaster

Ran badly again today, losing 6 45's in a row, which is perfectly standard I suppose. Then made a deep run in a $2.5 180man, and busted 4th A3 < JK
Think I played decently through the session though

Shall stop posting BR, im turning into a OCD cashier clicker: the 45's are bloody swingy, so shouldn't be so obsessed

March marked many things: moved up to the $3.5's, gave that lecture at the Barcamp Unconference on Randomness and kicked arse pretty much!

And March was my first $100 month. Woo!

Yup, the 45mans are my game alright. I don't know if this month's 50% ROI is sustainable (small sample 100 games or so) Single table SNG's are too much work for the ROI and the 180's are too damn soulcrushing. Shall stick with these till something more interesting strikes my fancy

@sim: my games are the turbo45s, and each set lasts about an hour. I try to play 2 sets per day. I'll following a pretty conservative brm, average bi in a set being 1% of roll. Now at the 3.5 dollar buy in games. Will get at least 100-200 games at this level at a good roi before starting to add 7 dollar games into the mix. I read that you are moving to NL! How has your journey been? At what limit are you starting from?

@mahnak: yeah, played some 180s, got some decent ft scores, but I don't enjoy them very much. Shall stick to these ones for now!

Yes, if you understand and know the dynamics of the game from start to end then stick to 45-man's. They are good imo, i like to play 45-man then 180.

Had a good session, one 2nd place in a 45 man and a win in a 3.5 9 man knockout. Shall have to start learning push or fold ranges more seriously, there are too many iffy areas where lots more money can be made. And the competition is no longer ridiculous, so games are interesting: wish i had moved up here quicker!

Dont think -ive about the downsing but make the best use of it by making urself strong

♦ Thanks for the kind words. Have been in much worse downswings, so I know i can handle it. Besides, 45man regs say a 100 game downswing is not super uncommon!
