nice flop :P. flop call is good of course. you don´t have to protect at all so just flat call and hope for CO to come in.
again i think it´s pretty close here. i tend to raise the turn because people tend to give you way too much action with any fh and the river might scare them if they have something like 66 or 88. A high will call as well imo.
imo it´s almost even money but i think it´s kinda obvious when you always raise flop or turn and only wait till the river when you have a monster... they won´t notice it anyway though...
as i said: both lines are good imo and i guess it´s just a matter of taste... personally i prefer to raise the turn right away because i want value for my monster and i would be on huge monster tilt if he shows me a 9x or even 99 at the end and i notice that i´ve lost a lot of value here...
