1. The raiser was sort of steaming to a beat i just gave him a hand ago. So i figured now is a good time to exploit his possible tilt and put him all in.

Raising all-in is a bit overbetted but surely not wrong.

however I would see the flop first to see if its dangerous to shove your doubled up chips ;) If he was steaming anyway you went all-in preflop or postflop anyway due his RRaises

raise maybe 4$ and shove the rest on the flop
