Hi furiouscar,
during the pointupdates our system sometimes displays wrong points and a wrong status (max. 2hours). This problem occurs at every update. Unfortunately we can't fix it.

It has been like this for more than 5 hours. I have more than 800 points in 4 weeks, but rank not updated! So I write to admin
Think I read in the Bronze or Basic strategy guides that patience is a quality of the good poker player. Maybe this changes when you move from Silver to Gold, but I doubt it. ♦

This is a bug, not patience. And I just want to report.
Hello furiouscar,
The status system is automatic and sometimes takes a while to fully update the new statuses. This usually takes only an hour or two, and at the most a day.
You will turn gold once the system refreshes.
