you actually only have a bluff catcher here, as QX doesn't make sense, so I guess a fold is possible against a reasonable/unknown opponent.

I kinda agree. He is not value-betting a weaker hand, so you basically only have a bluff catcher. If you don't know what his bet means, I'd say flip a coin and call or fold. If you call make a note.
