Hi community,

I decided to make a blog in order to track my results and improve my game along the way.

- I'm 25 years old from Croatia
- Have been playing poker for couple of years
- Decided to give it a try this year more seriously

About poker:

I'm currently playing 9man turbo's at pokerstars. Right now I'm at $3.50 level, and feel really confident about my play. I hope that I'll make my way to 7's in a month or so. I use really strict BRM because I like to play relaxed and avoid often going up and down in stakes. This way, I believe that I'm playing my A game most of the time.

In this blog, I will update my poker goals and achievments. I will also concentrate on improving my mental game, and will try to regularly study and participate in hand evaluations forum.

Here is my last ~600 games at 3.50 level

Cheers,

goldenbode

Hi golden-bode,

great graph (and not saying this only because you are my friend :) )

I know Bode for many many years, he's one of my best friends, and he is a great guy!

I look forward to read your blog and follow your development, I'm sure you'll crush all these levels coming :)

Also, we have a lot of great guys grinding STTs here in the community who will be very helpful along the way I'm sure.

Best of luck Bode,

keep us updated!

Cheers!
Fran

Nice work for now Bode,

I wanted to merge your threads because you made a new thread instead of posting in your blog, but I see that you realized this yourself, so I will just move your "new" thread.

Also, you are a gold member, so if you want to some of our coaches evaluate your hands you are welcome to post them in hand evaluations parts of the forum. Here is one for SNGs up to $5, and here is one for cash games up to 0.05/0.10.

Best of luck bro,

Fran

Still not sure if I am g ready for zoom so I will continue to play sitngos and full ring cash... Played some bad hands yesterday which I was aware as soon as I played them so it is obe good thing of all bad things.

Hi Bode,

Dropping few buy in's here and there is perfectly normal, so no worries :)

Usually, I would suggest to stick to only one format, but it seems that you are doing pretty well in both 9mans and FR cash, which makes a lot of sense too, I think that you can't go wrong if you play FR cash micros similarly to early phase of 9mans.

However, mixing formats is not that easy and fun as it looks like at first. It can be pretty frustrating if you do well on one format and in downswing on other, so be sure you are mentally prepared for these things. Otherwise, it can cause you tilting off some money, which is never nice. :)

I'm sure you'll do well, just study, study, study, and don't get lazy :)

Cheers bro!
Fran

hey, nice blog you have too!

I help to run an SNG study group on skype. Most of the members are from pokerstrategy and most play on pokerstars ($1-$7)

You're very welcome to join if you would like?

I've added you using the community tool. If you're interested, I'll message you my skype details.

We most certainly didn't remove your graphs, so I guess there is a problem with the site where you upload your images, maybe to try some other site? or re-try with the same one?

So in the next days I will try to lern more and play less stt's and play zoom more because I am confident about my cash play on nl10 limits...

I decided not to play stt's for some time. I will focus on cash game from now on i play some mtt's on the side. Today I am 4 bb up _cool:
Played micromillions and got in the money in the one but had realy bad luck...tables are filled with fishes...so i recommend everyone to play. Today had just one big mistake on cash because i overplayed. Today I played good non showdown game as can be seen on the graph.

Here is my graph for today

It looks like you are crushing cash games at your level, as much as sng's, will you make your final decision on what will you play or you'll continue mixing these two?

I guess its not an easy call for you when doing great in both :)

Sweet worries :)

Keep on the good work,
Fran
