NL 1010 fold 3rd nuts?

Can I fold here consdering his hand is so face up? Or do I have to call here? and why?

Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: his hand is somewhat face up but he reps just 3 combos. And given your smaller bets (which are fine) you may actually induce spew from him so I wouldn't fold.
