It's on the borderline, but in position, with the fish in the pot, I think we can call KQs. Also SB could know that we isolate MP wide, so he could have a wider range than usually.
The fish could also ensure, that the reg will play honest postflop out of position to two players.

MP seems pretty fishy and probably opens wide and on CO KQs is strong enough to call. i could even consider calling KJs and 3betting KTs and KJo.
when SB cold 4bets we can be pretty sure hes strong here especially when we 3betted from CO where our perceived 3bet range is already strong, so we have a easy fold.

MP is a big fish, and he minraises after openposting, so why not 3bet him for value with a wide, depolarized range? This way we also avoid squeezes (which I would expect quite often, if we have regs behind us), where we would have a tough spot with KQs.

Why is our perceived range strong, when we isolate a fish minraise IP with 3betting? I would expect SB to put into our range lots of random broadway stuff (as you wrote KTs/KJo), midpairs, etc. As the fish is probably not aware of positions, being CO vs MP doesnt matter all that much, does it?

Noting that he min-raised, 3betting is a viable option. he probably calls oop too much so we could get more value from a 3bet. squeezes would however not be an issue, if we know someone would squeeze from the blinds (not BU), i would actually be more inclined to call to induce the squeeze because the fish is likely to call and we can then call to play a pot in position and KQs is strong enough for that.
our range would not be as strong when raising against a min raise compared to raising against a 3X raise, which means we should now be calling vs the cold4bet, though SB is likely to be raising a strong hand, KQs is still strong enough to call against a 4bet, especially after the fish has called.
