Preflop open is fine.

Flop bet vs missed cbet is fine. Vs x/r it's borderline. I have no real issues with folding at these limits unless we have reads on opponents x/r frequency. At higher limits maybe we should call as standard.

It might be ambitious to assume we have 18% equity on turn here. Firstly the board is paired so we could be drawing dead, and secondly some of our outs are diamonds which are not clean outs. Calling is ok, but good to realise it's super marginal and I doubt it's making much money in long run.

We should probably call river, but again marginal and unlikely to be that profitable in the long run.

I'm not sure how you work out that we have over 18% equity.

Also it's good to remember that even if we know for certain opponent has no boat-draw or flush-draw (no way we can ever know this), diamond rivers and paired boards are bad for us because it makes it harder to extract value on the river. So even if a diamond river is perfectly safe for us, our implied odds are nowhere near as good.
