I played a decent ammount of fast fold hands, and first thing I noticed there is that you need to play your A game almost all the time, because swings tend to be bigger and you need to be ready when the heater comes. Therefore, eliminating tilt is a primar thing to do imo.

Couldn't agree more with Fran! You can put in a lot of volume quickly so you can notice the swings a lot quicker. So it's very important to have a pretty good mental game. If you get sucked out on, just move on. Runbad is just part of the game, everyone has it
