Only if you signed up on Pokerstars through Pokerstrategy.
If you already had your Pokerstars account before signing up here, I'm afraid you're out of luck. 
You can, however, still sign up at any other Poker room to earn StrategyPoints by playing. Many of them offer a better rate for this than Pokerstars anyway.
Or you can refer friends to get free poker money and collect SP, then you will autoupgrade to next level
