What If he raised the turn? should he just call for a river or just lay it down?

Well I'm sure that you know the answer by yourself. You have to fold against a raise as your hand is nothing worth and the turnbet is mainly to make him fold a better hand (A-high, better K-high, pair of 2 or 4 and some worse hands which may bluff if we check where we can't call anymore).
