On river... where I have 4.17$ left... is there any other way to play the hand or everything is just fine like that ?

To me this looks fine. You hit a set and want to get it all in.

Bet sizing means you can comfortably get all in by the river, and the only thing that connects here is backdoor flush draw.

Flop is very draw heavy so good to get a bet in for protection. maybe 67 connects on the turn, but I would expect to see a raise on the turn in that case

Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: We could look at fast playing this even more but we generally get too many folds (ie: overbet ship turn). So given the play I think your line is fine.
