I don´t think there should be too much sense raising 76s 4bb. 3bb should be enough to have fold equity.
Postflop I would likely c/c turn, betting is ofcourse fine and you likely fold out 77/88, maybe some 9x hands, but at the same time you don´t need to worry about getting bluffraised and you always have showdown value.
On the river: you block 66 and your turn bet was not that strong, so if you feel that player can make moves then c/c is fine. If you only see him raising 44+ then c/f is better option

I think the turn is more interesting in this spot.
Betting the turn on Q I think is reasonable, but my question is can you justify the call after facing a race?

what do you expect him to have? float flop with trash and then bluffraise scarecard after you second barrell 2/3 pot on the turn?

Considering he plays 21/17 AF 1.8 I don't expect too many fancy plays tbh.
Looks to me like a set he slowplayed on the flop or a better FD with a pair of some kind.

Can the play b/f turn be justified here?

Exactly because of that I called... His play looked strong ( regs usually are playing sets that way). I needed to call 8$ for a chance to win around 33$ more (plus the money already in the pot). I think he would'nt expect me to keep goind with a flushdraw in that spot ( its kinda against ev) - he would think I could have an overpair or in rare cases a set. So if i hit and donk (all in) I thought I could get a call a lot of times .
Also those hands are 2,5 months old... I just began playing Nl50 so I was very tight ♦

I think A/K high flushdraws+ some middle pp-s (that he may turn into bluff) are always his range. We also block 66. Unless player is very nitty and passive I don´t think we can really b/f turn with our equity, since we sometimes have the best hand- he would sometimes give up his bluffs on the river and if he is bluffing he would likely shove on clubs and 6/7 rivers
