Squeeze is fine here.
Things to note about opponent are that he seems loose over this small sample. He also seems to be cold-calling wider than he should be.
However he has no standard 4bets in this sample but he does have one back-raise and one cold-4b. I'm assuming the backraise was this hand itself otherwise I would definitely just ship over the top.
Assuming opponent has never backraised I would just err on the side of caution especially after UTG calls our large squeeze. CO line looks insanely strong and find it hard to imagine he would take this line as a bluff.
