Flop :). Given you are so deep I think you should raise here to pot size. You'll fold out his air and weak made hands but any qx is calling plus club fds. he might even go crazy with qx and shove. Which would be nice.
if villain is a station post flop then you want to size your bets to get all the money in by the river. He has all qx in his range and heaps of flushes so you want max value.

As played, river shove may be optimistic. These type of players play lots of pots but only get aggro when they hit a monster, esp otr. Given that the flush gets there and you only really lose to kq I think I'd shove also hoping for a nut flush or qx to call but it's thin.

Agree with your flop remark. Simple rule of betting strong hands at micro's is sometimes forgotten.... If MP has a weak hand there is little value to be extracted.

yeah - @Tomaloc speaks the truth. Villain's range for raising the river is pretty nutty so maybe a call makes more sense. Raising is even thiner-er.
But my main point was that you want to be shoving the river yourself thru better bet sizing on the previous streets. These people don't fold to bluffs so take advantage of that when you're strong!

FLOP:
Ik will bet it. Its not a dry board, there are a 2 players in and u can get called/raised by a lot hands and ranges like Qx, flush- straight draws. But check calling and the betting u do really rep a monster there. Discuse you big hand there by betting the flop.

River:
Its close. Bu i think he doenst have a Q there. If he had a Q he will probably raise you on turn. So most times he will hit his flush (nut flush, J10 etc) and he will pay you off. I think against a fish i will shove here most of the times despite the result of his hand. We can also beat the hand like 77.
