Hero raises, MP folds, CO calls, 2 folds, BB calls

Flop: (6.4 SB) 4 5 Q (3 players)
BB checks, Hero bets, CO calls, BB raises, Hero calls, CO folds

Turn: (5.7 BB) A (2 players)
BB bets, Hero raises, BB 3-bets, Hero calls

River: (11.7 BB) 8 (2 players)
BB bets, Hero calls

Results: 13.7 BB pot (0.3 BB rake)
Final Board: 4 5 Q A 8

Flop is fine. You have to call his checkraise due to your overcard and bd-Nutflushdraw. You could consider to just call on the Turn since he should know - if hes not that bad - that you have a lot of Ax in your range since you openraised from UTG and he'll frequently face a raise so he should just check/calldown with Qx.

So when he bets a hand like A5 A4 44 55 or Q5 etc becomes quite likely but though its microstakes and people often blindly bet. it really depends on how good he is and whether he recognizing that your range concists of a lot of Ax. As played i would have called down too but since your hand is so obv. always Toppair and he's not supposed to expect you to fold AJ AQ AK etc, i don't think he's got a worse hand that often and you may just do an exploitable fold.
