the biggest maniac i know his stats doesnt seem THAT bad but this guy has been playing maniacle like 3betting 92o vs 3 people and cap all streets vs a nit with bottom pair.

Ive seen this guy from 2/4c up to $10/$20

First i wanted to say thats an easy fold on the River but against the mentioned maniac thats capping with a bunch of trashy hands like even 92o etc and he may show up a lot of ui hands though the board is not quite favourable. Against a solid reg you'd even fold the flop right away but against the maniac how you described him, it's a pretty much easy calldown.
