Flop is a pretty Standard c/c! Your Equity is not that bad against a BU-Range thats true but though its not great either and you should just not think about a single hand in a vakuum but think about your entire range. i know thats not easy and it takes a while to develop the ability to have a balanced approach.

You need to have hands that you're check/calling. Otherwise your c/c gets way too weak and in that situation you don't even have a great valueplay and a lot of cards - like this one - change your Equity a lot. You need to protect your check/calling-Range but check/calling all 8x and weak Jx and sometimes c/c checkraise with QT or K9 KT type of hand although i'd mostly go for a checkraise with Kx. The Turn destroys your Equity and your chance to be still ahead decreased to a minimum and if you check and he bets, you have an easy c/f!

Now the question is what kind of hands you choose that if you check, you don't always play c/f. you could simply choose hands like J9 QT and JT to c/c the Turn and see what happens on the River!

If you have further questions, dont hesitate to ask!

Ya Check/Raising a lower pair is not great play. Is it better to just Check/fold Flop with lower pair HU as i am not getting enough outs to call?

Would you suggest to check/Raise a OESD sometimes?
If i Check/Raised a Flop with middle pair(here J), Shouldnt i again Bet the Turn again? Or Should i jst Call down because of a Bad Turn card like the Q here or a 3rd heart?

Hi!

Try to ask yourself, why do you raise? is it for value?,bluff?
Here answer to to both of these is no...and when this is the case you basically nailed a hand that fits into a calling range.

If you had an OESD or FD...then answer to ...bluff? would be yes since you may actually make him fold better hands.

If you have a second pair its slightly harder spot since answering those two questions is not so easy anymore...
value?
so do you think that when you get called(+raised) you will hold the best hand most of the time. In this case if you have like AJ that is clearly the case since he will call all his Kx,Jx,8x,draws,some Ahighs,pockets,... vs such range you are ahead.if he was UTG and you had lets say JT,then you would not be a favourite since you would only be beating some pockets and AQ,AT and loose to any better Jx,Kx,higher pockets.

bluff?
with second pair you are definatelly not bluffing! for obvious reasons.
So second pair is usually close between calling and raising and depends highly on oponents range.
