SB is clearly a random fish, so decisions should be a bit simplified.

On the flop it's ok to call, you have both NFD and 2nd pair which gives you possibility of a SD value if the fish stops the action on the turn.

On the turn the fish leads again for 1bb, it's pretty clear that he's just trying to buy the river at a decent price, so he's almost certainly drawing. I think I'm not considering his bet. I play as if he cheked and bet about 0.67$ which is 3/4 of the pot. You have set, so you're vbetting against a lot of drawing hands + aces, plus you still have the NFD and full draw which gives you a lot of great cards on the river: any  , any A, any J, any 7 and the K left in the deck.

3/4 pot is ok, then wait to see what happens :)

Yea go for value here.

The range he continues with, is either made flushes, QT straights, sets (including AA set) and 2 pairs or random Qhxx hands.

Considering, that you have 39% equity OTT vs AA,QT, and made flushes you can stick it in there profitably, even if villain never shows up with a worse hand than you, which he will. So bet with plan to get it in.

Hi

Flop: Definitely call - You have a little bit of SD value and I don't see any reason to raise your hand

Turn: Hmm I think you can put in a smallish raise here, maybe a 1/2 pot bet? Don't make it too large or else you'll isolate yourself against flushes.
