Hi,

6J4s board seems good to attack, so his range likely doesn´t only have 66/44 and he should more often 3-bet pre-flop JJ.
With Q high flush I would b/c river unless I have more information that he checks back sets on the turn. I would expect sets usually to bet, since they don´t want to see another diamond and usually they are quiet comfortable b/c turn.
