BB ($16.39)
UTG ($5.85)
MP ($10.81)
CO ($10.15)

Preflop: Hero is Button with 7, 5
2 folds, CO raises to $0.40, Hero raises to $1.20, 2 folds, CO calls $0.80

Flop: ($2.55) 8, 6, 8 (2 players)
CO checks, Hero bets $1.35, CO calls $1.35

Turn: ($5.25) 7 (2 players)
CO checks, Hero checks

River: ($5.25) 9 (2 players)
CO bets $3.25, Hero calls $3.25

Total pot: $11.75 | Rake: $0.53

Well,
my opponent was folding 67% vs 3bets overall, so I tought vs a CO range my 3bet could be auto-profit. Anyways I'm playing a polarised 3b-range and 75s is kind of borderline. To weak to call, to strong to fold.

Villain calls, so I would give him a range like:
JJ-99,AJs+,KQs,AQo+

Assuming this range, I got ~39% on the flop. So I cbet to take down the pot against hit overcards.

When he calls the flop I discount his overcards exept the :spade:-draw.
So I take my chance to improve or take the SDvalue if the draw busts.

The river 9 complets my straight, so i snapcalled.
In the review I think this is a obvious fold, because I only beat JJ.

Hey Jazzy29,

Vs a 4x open here there absolutely nothing wrong with folding. Hand is not too strong to fold here. 3betting may be ok but depends on a number of factors. For example, is 4bb CO's standard open raise size? If he regularly opens smaller we may be donating money with a 3b here.

Flop is fine.

Turn is fine.

We still beat bluffs on the river. I think marginal fold is fine, but it's not a super obvious fold or anything imo, it really depends on opponent.
