Turn is obviously pretty bad so calling down seem best now.
River when he checks is super easy valuebet.

Its absolutely ok to raise a non 8 J K A turn like b 4♠ since players on the lowstakes they are not used to be betting seletively but they're betting way too much with low pairs and AJ AK etc so your equity is probably good enough for a raise and if he 3bets you have to call down. Given the King your hand is still good enough to calling down - even if he bets again on the River but is not anymore good enough for raising. Quite obvious. With a flush and a check by him its the easiest valuebet.

You can raise turn, but you can't check-raise turn.

This misuse of terminology has become so widespread that I don't think people are making typing mistakes when they write it. Since I'm so goddamned unpopular anyway, I'll point this out. It annoys me and annoys everybody else with a minimum of knowledge about terminology.

A related, perhaps more debatable point: Getting N to M in odds is denoted N:M, not M:N. For example, if you get three to one for a call, then you denote it by 3:1, not 1:3. There may be local habits around the place, but please don't use local standards. It's too confusing. Here in the FL section, the misuse is more common than the correct usage. This is what makes this point debatable. Should we set up a local standard?
