Villain is 28/20 82 hands.

I decide to float his donk since we have the gutshot and and I can bet/raise any clubs on the turn or river.

Him not betting the turn indicates to me that he has a medium strength hand and when the club comes at turn it seems like a reasonable spot to raise as a bluff as we have the K :club: blocked.

Hi.

I would just bet the Turn and bluff all flush rivers. I don't necessarily think that he has to have something all the time on the Turn.
