If he is indeed TAG or some version of that his flop 3bet is still TT+,AT should not be there preflop even.
After you cap he should realise that JJ is now the bottom of his range and is basically hoping for a splitt or spazz.
His turn donk doesnt rly make sense with any hands since you pretty much always cbetting here. The only hand that makes at least some sense is TT,who wants to induce further action from AA,KK.
In any case JJ,QQ is pretty clear calldown at this point. AA is probably fine to raise since KK,QQ should be there more often than TT. KK is borderline and I dont mind either action,if you assume he is capable of donking JJ,QQ there than its fine otherwise I just calldown.
If he shows you AT he definatelly is not TAG. AT is spew preflop,also flop 3bet is spew,turn donk is spew,as played river is pretty easy fold.

Its true what dawnfall said but particularly on the lowstakes people overestimate the strenght of its overpairs by far and although your cap on the Flop is always KK AA, they donk out on the Turn but assumed he is a tag and somewhat reasonable, he should just donk with a hand he wants to induce a 3bet with like TT or he might donk out AA but with JJ and QQ it's a simple calldown for him and if you'll be in his shoes at some point (another hand) you should remember this hand and slow down with 1pairs.

Against reasonable opponent you should - in case you have AA - checkraise the Turn. For the reason that a donk just looks too strong and normally KK should just calldown as you were supposed to do. In this case he might have had QQ or maybe even AA, dont know.
