Preflop this is too loose vs unknown.

Flop is o.k. but I wouldnt mind a call either.

Turn call is very close since UTGs hand really looks like KQ. He just coldcalled flop and then raises this turn. It may be like AT or AK but KQ is far more likely. So vs him you are drawing pretty thin and the way the action went other players have Kx or Qx very often which makes it even worse for you. Besides this you dont even close the action so your 1:11 are not realistic(prolly more like 1:8-9). So with all this in mind I find it to be a fairly easy turn fold.

It depends on how tight the Openraiser is but with KJ you should start first with 3betting if he opens from the CO. Against some it's ok to 3bet out of the SB against an Mp3 open but it depends. KJ is quite often dominated and a hand that people often get and got in trouble with and paying off as the second best hand. Flop 3bet ist just too marginal. After this Preflopaction and SB donking out and BB raising, you don'T beat as many hands anymore. QJ and sometimes he might donk out with KQ but those are the hands you're ahead against but AJ TT and all the Overpairs have you beat and you don't want to be inducing a cap. Just coldcall the Flop and go from there. This is a typical spot where a lot of people just see they have a toppair and 3bet, regardless of what happened before. no blaming . just to make you aware to think twice about your opponents range.

It's true that UTG is supposed to just raise AA and KQ but thats it and with AA he'd 3bet the Flop. Raise AQ AK on the Turn is way overplayed and his AQ blocks you 1 Out and with AK you'll chop if you hit. You're pretty much down to just 3 outs. With some goodwill we might say 4 outs. Still 1 out for the J but K is no out at all. But though pot odds are about 1:10. Means you require 4 Outs to coldcall. Given that UTG is too likely to be just raising KQ, Out on J is too questionable and i'd rather count 3 than 4 Outs and consquently fold to UTG's Turnraise.
