Here is a weird spot I got in versus an unknown, which was shaping to be a regular (22/19/12.5)

Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

$0.05/$0.1 No-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)

Known players:
[tg]BU$13.08:///////;SB$55.60:///////;BB$12.37:///////;MP2$10.00:///////;MP3 (Hero)$10.00:///////;CO$52.27:///////;[/tg]

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with K:s, A:c.
MP2 folds, Hero raises to $0.30, CO calls $0.30, 3 folds, 2 folds, BB folds.

Flop: ($0.75) J:c, A:s, 5:h (2 players)
Hero bets $0.40, CO raises to $1.00, Hero calls $0.60.

Turn: ($2.75) 9:d (2 players)
Hero checks, CO checks.

River: ($2.75) 2:c (2 players)
Hero bets $1.45, CO raises to $3.40, Hero ???.

Final Pot: $4.2.

his line is pretty nonsensical so I would call.

A reg probably doesn't raise 22 or A2 on the flop. Raising a 2p or set on the flop to check back the turn also seems kind of silly.

i do expect you to lose fairly often but your pot odds are pretty good, you get to pick off some bluffs. If he's bad he might even show up with AQ and the read will probably help you in future anyway
